All Nudge Bars are manufactured from a hi-tensile mandrel bent alloy tube with an industry leading tube wall thickness that will never rust, nor corrode, and secured to the vehicle with a specific engineered plasma cut steel winch mount for the best fit possible. All Nudge Bars come with spotlight mounting tabs for lights up to 1.75kg.

All ECB Nudge Bars feature welded spot light mounting tabs on the horizontal tube. This allows for optimum and secure placement for auxiliary lighting.

All ECB tubes are hi-tensile alloy extrusions which are mandrel bent on ECB's state of the art, fully automated Mandrel Bender. This provides for smooth bends at exacting and consistent measurements. Thier 76mm Nudge Bar tube is 4.75mm thick.
