Engineered for strength and durability, this frame provides the structural integrity needed to safely carry heavier loads on your canopy roof—making it the ideal upgrade for serious work, touring, and off-road setups.
Finished in a sleek black powder coat for corrosion resistance and long-lasting performance, the Internal Support Frame is designed to be fitted beneath the canopy shell. Once installed, it integrates directly with the existing roof-mounted tracks that come standard on the Core Canopy, reinforcing the canopy structure without affecting its sleek exterior.
With this support frame in place, the system is dynamically load rated to 130kg, enabling the use of heavier external roof rack setups including roof-top tents, recovery gear, ladders, and trade equipment. You can fit your own rack legs and crossbars into the canopy’s existing tracks, knowing they’re backed by serious internal strength.
