The Large Vehicle Kit offers the ultimate protection for 4x4 vehicles used by novice 4WDers, mining companies, surf clubs, and professional fishermen, which are constantly exposed to highly corrosive environments. It is specifically designed to reduce corrosion on 4WD vehicles and may also benefit those with minor rust problems. However, it is important to note that this product is not a miracle cure for badly rusted vehicles. This system extends the life of these vehicles.
The patented technology of CouplerTec interferes with the electrical charge between Iron and Oxygen, making it difficult for them to combine to form rust. By interfering with the metal's ability to react with Oxygen, it creates a negative electrostatic surface charge on the metal surface of the vehicle, repelling the negative Oxygen atom.
The CouplerTec module incorporates six Capacitive Couplers, each charged by their own dedicated circuit. It employs a microprocessor that monitors and controls the system's performance, ensuring that it is operating at the optimum level. The module confirms that it is working correctly through a Green flashing LED, giving peace of mind that the vehicle is protected. The system will indicate the detection of a fault by way of a Red flashing LED. The system will reset after the fault is rectified.
The system protects 100% of the vehicle's metal surface, both inside and out*. It helps stop paint from oxidizing and keeps the paintwork looking new. It also removes static electricity from the vehicle's surface. The system is transferable, reduces maintenance costs associated with rust and corrosion, and will slow or stop existing corrosion.
*Please note that any metal component that is insulated from the earth is not protected.
