Please fill out the form below before sending an item back to allow for efficient processing of your return. Our Customer Service Team will be in contact Monday to Friday between 9.30AM - 5PM AEST excluding public holidays.

2. WE'LL BE IN TOUCH


One of our Customer Service Team members will contact you with instructions on how to create your return shipping label to get your item back to us.

3. PACK & SEND


Make sure the item is unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging with all accessories included.

If you no longer have the packaging please let us know in the form below.

Package items so they are ready to be sent or picked up by a courier.

Please ensure that your item is packed safely and securely to prevent damage in transit.

Following the instructions emailed to you, print your return shipping label, and securely tape it to your item's packaging. Take care not to cover the barcode on the shipping label.

Drop the parcel off at your nominated Courier such as a ParcelPoint or Australia Post outlet.

If your item is being picked up by our courier, we will get in contact to organise an appropriate time.

Questions about returns


Can I return my items?

We can only accept "change of mind" returns for items that are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all accessories. You have 60 days from the date of delivery to return items for an exchange, refund, or store credit. Please refer to our Returns Policy for further information.

Am I eligible for free shipping?

If the part supplied doesn’t fit the vehicle or intended purpose specified by us, we’ll pay for return shipping and provide a full refund or exchange as part of our 100% Fitment Guarantee.

Then what?

  • Returns from metro areas usually reach us within 2-6 business days, longer from regional or remote areas.

  • Once your parts have been received and inspected, we will process your exchange, refund, or store credit.

  • One of our Customer Service Team will be in touch once your return is complete.

Warranty


Unless otherwise stated on the Site, all products sold by A1 Roof Racks are sold under the manufacturer’s warranty and conditions from the date of purchase.

Replacement products or refunds (including shipping) will be provided by A1 Roof Racks where:

a) The product is faulty or not of acceptable quality; or
b) The product is not fit for its intended purpose; or
c) The product was damaged during delivery; and
d) You can provide proof of purchase

Replacement product or refund will only be completed upon receipt and inspection of items that are deemed faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Where a warranty fault has been recognised and accepted by us, shipping expenses will be refunded.
