Dispatch location: Most orders ship from our Newcastle (NSW) warehouse. Some items may ship directly from a supplier — this will be shown on the product page.
Tracking: Tracking is provided on all shipped orders.
Delivery options: Door-to-door delivery Australia-wide, plus warehouse pickup and selected pickup partners (where available).

Shipping costs & free shipping

Free shipping (where possible)

We always aim to provide free shipping where we can; however, not all orders will qualify. Eligibility depends on factors such as item size/weight and delivery location.

  • If free shipping is available for your order, it will be displayed at in the cart or checkout.
  • If a shipping charge applies (often subsidised by us), it will be shown at checkout or confirmed with you before dispatch so you can approve the cost or amend your order.

Common exclusions

Some items require special freight handling due to size or weight. Examples include (not limited to):

  • Fully assembled roof platforms
  • Bike carriers
  • Luggage boxes
  • Ladders and ladder racks
  • Ute canopies and roller shutters

Remote / hard-to-access deliveries

Some destinations may require a subsidised shipping charge, including parts of:

  • Northern Territory
  • Tasmania
  • Western Australia
  • Rural South Australia
  • Islands and other remote areas
  • Far western New South Wales
  • Far western and far north Queensland

Tip: You can often reduce freight costs for bulky items by shipping to a business address, especially one with forklift access. If a commercial address is required for your item, we’ll contact you to confirm the best option.


Dispatch & handling times

We work to a next business-day dispatch for most orders. Example: an order placed on Tuesday is typically dispatched (with tracking) by 5pm Wednesday, excluding public holidays.


Delivery times (after dispatch)

The delivery times below are average transit times (business days) once your order is collected by the carrier. This is based on our past two years of shipment data from over 20,000 consignments.

Keep in mind: Transit times can vary due to peak periods, weather, remote routing, and bulky freight requirements. These figures are transit only (dispatch/handling time is separate). Contact us for more information if you need an item shipped express.


Delivery options

Door-to-door delivery (Australia-wide)

We offer door-to-door delivery across Australia for the vast majority of products, with tracking provided for every shipment.

Residential delivery limits (bulky items): Some bulky products (e.g., ute canopies and roller shutters) cannot be delivered to residential addresses and must be shipped to a commercial premises (sometimes requiring forklift access). If this applies, we’ll contact you to confirm the safest and most practical option.


Pickup options

Warehouse pickup (Newcastle)

Pickup is available from our warehouse at 14 McDougall St, Kotara (Newcastle, NSW).

  • Orders must be placed in advance (no drop-ins).
  • We’ll notify you when your order is ready for collection.
  • Need it urgently? Add Jump the Queue for eligible in-stock orders ready within an hour (8am–4pm, Sydney time).

Pickup partners (selected locations)

Where available, you may be able to collect your order from a trusted pickup partner. If offered for your product and location, the pickup details (partner name, address and instructions) will appear at checkout.

Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready to collect before heading in.


International shipping

International shipping is available for selected products and destinations (including New Zealand, North America and parts of Asia). Eligibility will be shown on the product page where available. If you don’t see an option, contact us and we’ll advise what’s possible.


Busy periods & delays

During high-demand periods (for example Black Friday, Christmas/New Year and long-weekend lead-ups), dispatch and transit times can extend. If there are significant delays (generally more than 5 business days), we’ll keep you informed with clear updates.

Our dispatch process considers item size/weight and carrier performance by region to select the most suitable service for your order.
