The fuel tanks on the Prado 120 cops alot of abuse being right in the middle where ramp overs will have the car resting on the fuel tank. It is rare to see a Prado that has been offroad which has a factory fuel tank guard that is still straight.
The Kaon fuel tank guard is a direct bolt on replacement and attaches to the same factory mounting points.Made from laser cut and pressed 3mm steel plate with carefully designed folds to add strength and stiffness where needed.
Sloped leading edges and a smooth lower surface will allow you to slide over obstacles without damaging your precious fuel tank.This substantial guard weighs only 17.5kg and will be finished in a silver zinc electro-plated coating for corrosion resistance.
